Julio Gonzalez in “Don Quichotte”, MUCEM, 15/10/2026-30/03/2026
| Julio González’s Don Quijote (c. 1930, iron) is on view through March 30, 2026 the MUCEM’s temporary exhibition on representations of this pivotal figure in Spanish culture. Gonzalez’s interpretation of the knight-errant, whose emtpy torso contrasts with his tall, proud stature, innovatively captures the Quijote’s dichotomy between grandeur and folly. |
